The Ishasha Sector, located in the southern section of Queen Elizabeth National Park, is famous for housing tree climbing lions. The lions laze in acacia and sycamore fig trees.
Day 1 – Arrive Entebbe International Airport. Overnight at Queen Victoria Hotel.
Day 2 – Flight to Kihihi. Ithaca Community Visit. Afternoon tree climbing lion safari and sundowner. Overnight at Ishasha Wilderness Camp.
Day 3 – Bush breakfast. Morning wildlife and tree climbing lion safari. Free Afternoon. Overnight at Ishasha Wilderness Camp.
Day 4 – Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park. Buhoma Community Village Walk. Overnight at Buhoma Lodge.
Day 5 – Trek to visit a mountain gorilla family, Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park. Overnight at Buhoma Lodge.
Day 6 – Transfer to Kihihi Airport. Flight back to Entebbe.
